WSSHA negotiated a deeply discounted nightly rate for a Deluxe Room at the Pan Pacific Hotel: CDN$205-$245 (at present US$155-$186), plus taxes and fees. For discounted rates on higher category rooms, Mention “WSSHA” when reserving your room. These special rates are available through October 4, 2022, but may expire sooner if the room block is exhausted. Please note that in previous years the room block exhausted before the cut-off date.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION ONLY WHEN CONFIDENT YOU CAN ATTEND.
Cancellations made just prior to the conference have resulted in many members being unable to obtain rooms at the discounted rate. If you reserve a room and later find you are unable to attend, please either transfer your reservation to a colleague who will attend or email the Program Chairs to let us know as we will gladly work with you to ensure your reservation is transferred to another member. The hotel general requires 72 hours’ notice for name changes on reservations.
Hotel room cancellations are permitted up to 72 hours prior to guest check in; otherwise, a charge of one night’s stay at the confirmed rate will be applied.
Conference cancellations will be managed on a case-by-case basis.
Application pending, expect approval for about 8.0 CLE credits: 7.0 general and 1.0 ethics.
Casual dress is acceptable.
You will need a valid passport or enhanced WA driver’s license/ID to travel between the USA and Canada. If you plan to bring a child, you may also need a document giving spousal approval for their travel.
